Marcel started his career as a change management consultant. He then worked for over 20 years at board level in the travel industry, including at Schiphol Airport, online travel agents, tour operators and cruise lines. His expertise was mainly in (online) marketing, sales, business development, e-commerce and general management.
Meanwhile, Marcel has focused on the structured development and implementation of change processes in the field of sustainability and circularity. His ambition is to make organisations more sustainable and thus more resilient. He is convinced that small first steps can make the difference, with the ultimate goal of healthy organisations on a healthier planet.
